Something is up with the most recent update neither Twilight nor the normal version work properly lots of weird things going on with the bookmarks, folders and everything.

Anyone else having this issue

In all seriousness this a random bug that appeared this morning it doesn't seem to affect anything but the browser thinks it's full, and it's sending me alerts.
