Weird bug on second monitor
For some reason on my external monitor (currently set as my primary) any mouse movement feels like 10 FPS even though everything else like animations in apps are smooth like they should be, and the windows lag the same. When I move the window to my Laptop's monitor so that they still stick out into my external one, they move perfectly smooth.
Does anyone happen to know why this occurs?
