Coming from an Akorn I bit the bullet and bought a BJ3 a couple months ago. Have had a busy summer so getting it set up took the back burner. Decided on a whim this morning to let er rip. Certainly learned a few things and had some hiccups particular to the grill but the food turned out great. Ignore the very crowded grates..
