I have a small office with 2 employees… 1 sales and 1 answering the phone … the one clerical one completely ghosted me. Didn’t show up, no call, completely blocked my cell number and from social media even though I didn’t follow her. I’m dumbfounded she would do this, she’s 35 with a family so she’s not exactly young. Been with me for 1 year too. Anyway, hard to run an office nowadays with crappy workers and the threat of AI. Anyone else have this happen to them?
