after EP23, kurea had almost got a perfect victory.

How could it possibly go wrong?

1. the reactions from luluka

Luluka didn't say anything at all. Many were just guessing from her expression, assumed that she was eclair. What if: She preferred to keep her identity and past as secret. She may be just embarrassed for sb learning two of her secrets, after saying she didn't even know her name? Or feel guilty about sb who has been nice to u figured out that u're doing sth bad?

Comparing with other candidates, she surely demonstrated different expressions. Yet, the point is that, what's the reason for her reactions? Is it becoz she's old colleague eclair, or becoz she's a kind sister who made deesert for her?

2. kurea recognizing she's arcana, and deduction for the thievery before that

Kurea had good observaion, as she spotted pochitan a fairy then. And sb had just sent you a calling card, and a wierdo got the photo from your shop. they just ran to the same direction lol. there stood a girl who had the same face, voice, and air-vent hairstyle as the ice-cream-maniac.

I can't see any logic in the deduction in this episode lol. its more likely to be some mentalist stuff.

3. monster field

the mechanism was unknown. but so far who had entered the field were,

phantoms, cures, fairies, the couple

unlikely to be the thieves, it's either cure, or fairy? also while the jewel was in usonoir's hand, how could the field tell she was a cure-related being?

4. catchphase and the name

well, take a look at cure answer and mystique catchphrase. did they make sense?

it is sth like being honest to your thought, value, feelings etc, and emphasis on meanings over matter.

Kurea and shiruku said that explicitiy. Eriza was just acted passionately according to feelings, but not sure about the meaning part. The tagline of the book had a slight different meaning. Rei was about to unleash the feelings next episode though.

Eclair meant a deesert or flash of lightning, whereas kurea internal sparks were kinda different.

5. the prohecy?

luluka already had the answer, instead of choosing from four candidates. Is this a meta riddle for audience, or luluka had mistaken something?

in detective stories, the culpit often appeared early. So it's either kurea or eriza.

For the screentime, kurea has 1.5 extra episode while eriza has 1.

there are 3 problems for kurea being eclair:

1. the personality was already kinda perfect, which has limited space for character growth.
2. she had the most interactions with anna only, but few to none with the other members.
3. She could be too OP to steal the show from the two MCs, since the phantom thieves were terrified about her. And her detective skill seemed to rival that of luluka, which was superior to the two MCs.

It is noted that most information was from luluka or the thieves. What if it was a trap?

what if luluka was wrong about eclair memory loss? what if she has mistaken eclair as someone else, like, the colleage she worked with in curetto agency who looked similar to the cure?

Given she liked deesert, luluka knew kurea because she worked nearby and was a regular customer?
