I've been having this werid issue where the outside walls of my models are uneven in spots where they should be smooth. In the attached pictures, the exterior walls should be a single surface with no bulging lines - other than the usual layer lines. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

My current printer is the Creality Hi, and im using Creality Hyper PLA with the default settings in Creality Ptint 7.1.
