I need some advice on a good headset for work online please. The platform I work on is called Nice CXone. I spent over $400 on a YeaLink set, but I can’t answer calls with the headset. ChatGPT said that means it’s not match with Nice CXone. So I have to return it. My work is online interpretation. Then I got a second hand Jabra Evolve 65 set. This time I can answer calls from another room, but I can’t stay in another room since people said it sounds like I was on speaker. Now ChatGPT said it’s because it’s second hand. So that’s a waste of money. I don’t want to be chained on my computer. So I wonder if anyone knew what’s the best match for this Nice CXone?

There’s a hose lady across the street of my home that kind of bothers my green nerve. She hoses down her big empty paved backyard and balcony on a daily basis, sometimes even all day long. Apparently she really enjoy to use free water supply. She’s a housewife and I work from home so I can always hear and see her watering her backyard. I know we have a water shortage this year but that seems didn’t change her habits. She’s doesn’t speak any English so there’s no interaction between us. I constantly wonder if there’s anything I should do about it.
