I wanna gift my mother kajal or eyeliner (idk the diff between them) but the problem with her current eye liner or kajal idk is that it gets smears easily so please recommend something like in budget I only have my last 150 inr w me 💔 (my first time in this sub tho) or like what something should I look for like ingd and what so not in my local shop
