When to “get serious”? 4.5 year old

Hi hoping yall experienced dance parents can give me some guidance. I was not a dancer growing up so this world is new to me. We are lucky, a local studio comes to my daughters school so she does ballet/jazz for an hour weekly will minimal effort from me. We also do a 1hour tumbling class at a cheer gym we can walk to.

She is 4.5 and I’m wondering when we should start considering adding another dance class or looking at the conservatory vs competition route? She seems to love dance so I want to encourage her without burning her out. I see a lot of 6&7 year olds on here starting their competition teams and I want her to be ready for that if she wants to go the route.

appreciate your help!

Cruise(Spring Break) vs Parks (Halloween or Christmas)

Planning for 2027 right now, me my husband, and our daughter who will be 5. We have a cruise on hold for spring break, 4 nights Castaway and Lighthouse. For the same or less we can book 6 nights at the Boardwalk in early October or early December, do 5 park days and a theme party. We booked the cruise so our daughter wouldn’t be bored on spring break and seemed like a nice mix up since we did WDW this year for her birthday. Now, she keeps asking when we can go back to ride slinky dog and Mickey Minnie train. while she loved meeting characters at dinners she never cared to wait in line to meet them. Her always asking about the ride and watching POV videos has me secon guessing a cruise. She likes the beach of course but she has never been on a cruise so no real frame of reference for her. Should we pivot and plan for a holiday park trip and which holiday? I am over thinking I am sure but help is appreciated Thanks!
