Since there's a lot of things being asked about Jon Reiters course I wanted to share my honest thoughts, advice, and things people should look out for.
First off I will say he is about as legit as they come. I've bought several courses in my life. I got scammed out of several in the past and when I went through the investigation of Jon there was so little out there (hence why I'm making this post). Honestly, I've never seen a "course seller" pull back the curtains of their own businesses + revealing their own products and operation the way he does. I've watched through his course content multiple times and learn something new every single time. He got his success selling toys, clothes, and prank products in 2024 and still does a lot of that stuff.
When I first joined in March 2025 he was doing 2 group calls per week, now he does 3. When you join you have a couple onboarding calls with one of his team people who help you understand discord (where the community is) and skooll (where the class content is). You also get a 1:1 messaging platform with Jon and his team. You can message him everyday if you want and get feedback and get the implementation support. One thing that I think will be very helpful for people is Jon is super active/support 1:1 for the first 3-4 months in the setup process for finding your product/affiliates and then over time you work more with his coaches who were all past successful students. Which kinda makes sense because he brings in more people he wants to help launch. He's always on the calls so I just join in there nowadays to ask questions if I have any.
You get access to all of the scripts he uses for affiliates, contracts he uses, creator briefs (thats an important one), as well as the ai automations he uses within claude and cruva which made my life much easier. Jon is also way ahead of the curve when new things roll out since he is a gold star seller and has a lot of contacts at tiktok shop.
My favorite part is actually none of that, it's actually the community. If you're inside IC reading this you know what I mean. We all follow each other's stores and support each other's launches. I've met some really cool people inside the discord who've been making a killing. It's nice to be surrounded by people who; of course make you feel small LOL, but also motivate you a ton.
Now to the things no one every talks about...
1. Tiktok shop is simple but it's not something that will get you rich overnight. Jon does say that all the time but I think some people see his success, and all the dozens of students inside his course doing well, and think they can replicate it immediately. Technically you could, but you should expect it to take longer than a couple weeks at least.
2. Doing Print on demand requires cash flow. Most don't think about this but it's part of the business. His program is partnered with Printify which is a Print on Demand supplier that makes tshitrs, hoodies, etc. You can technically start with $0, but if you start getting orders you will need to pay for production costs. I had a video take off and sold 1000 units in 48 hours. But in order for the t-shirts to get made and shipped, I had to pay prinitfy first to make it, and then it would get shipped to the customer. Tiktok paid me out 5 days after the product was delivered and thats why I say cash flow is SUPER important.
3. This is not a done for you type of course. If you're expecting Jon and his coaches to do all the work for you this is not for you. When you join you get access to a ton of resources which can be overwhelming. Jon's team helps you with navigating it all and you get 1:1 calls and messaging but ultimately they aren't going to launch your store and manually find and pick your products for you. I came in with the assumption that they would do it all for me, and I was wrong.
Looking back at it, it's logical he ran it that way. He holds you accountable but also understands that you do need to problem solve to see success and any sort of growth. My wife and I joined his course and since we've done a little over $45k in profit in the past year. The store has been REALLY slow recently (we had a great Q4) but still does around 20-30 orders per day.
Overall my take on Jon Reiters course is if your looking for a "coach" who's going to setup your store, do all the research/pick the product for you, and micromanage your store; this is not for you. But if you want the blueprint that is obviously working for Jon himself and all the other students inside his Inner Circle and want to speed up the learning process and see tangible results, its definitely something to look into. My stance is that all courses work, but at the end of the day, it's what you make of them. Jon helped my wife and I out a ton, and although we haven't been able to make the Tiktok shop income we want to in order to justify us quitting our job. We getting closer and closer every day.
