Immigration costs for an American dual citizen to move to Canada

Hi there, I'm looking to move to Canada with my wife whenever able, but am getting confused when it comes to costs. Most guides I look at list immigration fees in the thousands of dollars, but do they apply to an American that has dual citizenship through a parent born in Canada?

I have already received a citizenship certificate and SIN number. So practically speaking, do I have to pay any legal fees to move to Canada permanently? (not counting practical fees such as hiring movers and transport costs etc)

I am hoping to move there with my wife, a non-citizen (pending ancestry investigation; i'm digging through her family history to find a Canadian ancestor), so I know immigration fees will apply to her. I can most likely handle spousal sponsorship fees, but don't know how much to add for fees that might apply to myself.
