Leg day tips that actual work?
My legs have been feeling weirdly heavy lately, and I feel like recovery has been slower than it should be.
I’ve been trying to level up my leg day routine a bit, so I was wondering if anyone has any small things that actually made a difference over time, either during training or after. Could be movement tweaks, underrated exercises, or just recovery habits that helped more than expected.
I’ve tried a few things on the recovery side recently, including compression boots, and they seem to help a little with that heavy-leg feeling after training. Still not sure if it’s actually doing much or if I’m just paying more attention to recovery in general.
Curious what’s actually been worth sticking with long term for other people.
Thanks!!
