Hi, so I got my diagnosis about 4 months ago, but have been having these episode for about 3 years now, however they never really lasted more than 2-3 hours in the worst case while right now I've been having vertigo, deafness, tinnitis and a sedated feeling on my left ear for about 74 hours now!
I am really getting worried and this point and wonder if someone has any advice because my dr. Is just telling me to sit it out but I can't just lay here, try explaining this to an employer they imply it's just a made up condition or "a little dizziness" in their head no matter how much proof you throw at them.
I have gotten candesartan but it has no noticeable effect... and we're planning to try another medication soon, I haven't been told which one yet. I still can't even shift my head without everything spinning violently.
