This is my mom's favorite photo of her parents. Unfortunately the frame is damaged and moisture got behind the broken glass, so now the photo is now stuck to the broken glass. The picture has also become very faded over the years.

I would love to be able to print and frame this for her. Please no AI, I can pay $20. Thanks for your help.
