Hola a todos,

Perdón por mi español, soy hablante nativo de inglés.

Estoy en Buenos Aires con unos amigos y estoy intentando conseguir entradas para el partido de Atlético Tucumán.

Al registrarme, ingresé los datos de mi pasaporte pero por error puse un número de teléfono antiguo. Ahora la página requiere verificación por SMS, pero no puedo recibir el código.

El problema es que no puedo cambiar el número (la opción no funciona) y tampoco puedo crear una nueva cuenta porque mi pasaporte parece estar vinculado al número original.

He intentado usar distintos dispositivos y borrar la caché, pero sin éxito.

¿A alguien le pasó algo parecido o sabe alguna solución?

Apologies in advance for my poor Spanish.

Myself and four friends are in Buenos Aires for a few days and we’re hoping to go to the Atletico Tucuman game.

While my friends have had success signing up for tickets, I have run into an issue.

After entering my passport information, I accidentally entered an old phone number that I no longer have access to. The next stage of the process involves the website sending me an SMS to verify my phone number. I am, obviously, unable to receive this code. However, I am completely unable to change this number. Although the website has an option to change the number, it will not work.

I have tried going to other devices and clearing my cache, however I cannot get the website to allow me to change my number. Furthermore, I cannot simply make a new account, as the phone number appears to be linked to my passport number now. As such, I am completely stuck in limbo.

I truly appreciate any advice anyone is able to give me.
