A pattern I observed at DHS was the Office of the Chief Security Officer being used in conjunction with IT CIRT to find minor administrative violations and, not even write them up as an infraction or violation, but pass the matter to Security which suspends their clearance, writes a letter of notice to revoke, but never engages further. No interview. No reponse to FOIA. No SOR. And then the HR track says, hey, without a clearance, which is a condition of employment for your PD, we have to indefinitely suspend you pending the resolution of the security matter (which isn't going anywhere). Is this shit still going on? Or has this wave passed.

This was going on from Aug to Dec 2025. Anyone caught in this situation?
