Highest power is not always the answer for choosing your best fighters. Some people (including myself, lmao) have high account power but lack important PVP heroes. Supreme Arena ranking is usually a much better indicator of PVP power than just the account's power alone.

In the past, we were able to filter our guild members on the SA leaderboard to find the best players, however, that's impossible now since guild members are distributed across multiple districts and leaderboards, and having people post pictures on discord or whatnot as proof of their rank is a logistical nightmare. It'd be much better if the game just shows the info for you.
