After a while of thinking, I think I wanna work at a hospital as a long-term job. I already have a long history of hospital visits and weirdly enough, I feel very comfortable being at a hospital. The problem is that I don’t wanna go to college. I struggled fairly much in high school and I don’t see myself surviving a semester in college. So for the past 8ish months I’ve been looking at hospital jobs in my state (Michigan).

The main thing I’m looking for are benefits, since I’ve been told and, therefore, believe that benefits are the most valuable reward in a job, but I’m not sure if hospital jobs that don’t require degrees have very good benefits, or at the very least as good of benefits as the actual doctors and nurses who went to college and got their degrees
