I can't tell how good Chisa is for Hiyuki. In Hiyuki's trail stage, all enemies die from either Chisa's or Hiyuki's PERSONAL damage before I could finish a rotation. All guides online just show Chisa with Hiyuki without showing what's the difference. Is there any other way for me to test things like the difference between a solo Hiyuki vs Hiyuki with Chisa? besides just on the trail stage. Seemingly everyone online hypes up how Chisa is now a must pull for Hiyuki, but I can't decide for myself if I should get Chisa for my Hiyuki.
