No pain during period sex ?

Hi ! So I had period sex for this first time, and weird enough I experienced no pain at the vestibule even tho usually it’s so bad that always rip after sex. Could this be a hint as to what kind of vulvodynia I have ? (I’m 24 and I never took birth control). The pain around the vulva up near the urethra was still there but the vestibule was all good I didn’t even rip or feel sore after..so strange, did anyone experience this ?

Vulvodynia weird spot ?

Hi! So I have vulvodynia and vestiboldynia but I also have a weird vulvodynia above the urethra, so under the clitoris, all over that area, which is so weird ?? Idk is this normal ?? Does anyone have this? What’s the solution to this ?? Mine started from a urinary infection and yeast/BV 4 years ago

Hey so, my vulvodynia was caused by bv/yeast with sexual trauma 4 years ago. Ever since things have been stable, painful, but stable, until recently I started taking the vulvodynia treatment seriously with massages using lidocaine and using jojoba oil for moisturization, except that 1 month into the treatment and I got the worst BV infection of my life which felt like my vulva was being eaten, so insanely painful, then that was followed by a yeast infection which was not even detected by a pcr test ! The doctor only saw it upon looking inside my vagina with a speculum.. and now I’m terrified of going back to the vulvodynia treatment after things finally calmed. Could it really be because of the oils and all ? I mean things have been stable until I started the treatment, my doctor insists it’s not the cause..
