From facilitation & training into global leadership/coaching career — need abroad study advice
Hi everyone,
I’m a 27F from India currently working as:
- an on-tap facilitator for schools & colleges,
- and also as a Business Development & Strategic Head for an organization in Visakhapatnam.
My work mainly involves facilitation, leadership sessions, communication, strategy, student engagement, workshops, and people development.
I’m now planning to move abroad for my Master’s, and I’m confused between:
- Leadership & Innovation
- Organizational Psychology / Organizational Behaviour
My long-term goal is to become a:
- Corporate Trainer
- Behavioural Coach
- Leadership Coach
- L&D / Organizational Development professional
I’m considering countries like:
- Netherlands
- Canada
- UK
- Australia
- Dubai/UAE
I’d love genuine advice from people already studying or working abroad in similar fields.
Main things I want to understand:
- Which countries are best for these fields?
- Which countries have better job opportunities and work culture for people-focused careers?
- What should I prioritize while choosing a university?
- What are some realities students should know before moving abroad?
- Any universities/programs you’d recommend for leadership, facilitation, coaching, organizational psychology, or communication-related careers?
Would really appreciate honest insights and guidance. Thank you!
