What do you think on Rating ?

Hello,

I’ve been in the VA claims process for over a year and I still do not have a rating yet. My case already has LOD for back issues confirmation and MST has been found service-connected.

I’m trying to get a realistic idea of what my outcome might look like based on similar cases.

My claimed conditions include:

●PTSD (MST-related)

●Depression MST related

●Anxiety MST Related

●Chronic lumbar and other spinal regions (Causes sciatica pain and numbness in both legs)

●Tinnitus

My main issue is that I cannot maintain in-person employment, and I’m also struggling significantly even with remote work due to mental health symptoms and physical limitations. I have been able to keep a remote job but it is difficult.

For my back I have tried PT and injections , they make it worse. Can the make me get surgery ? I am too young for that , its too scary.

At this point I’m trying to understand:

What rating range people think this might fall into once decided

If anyone with similar MST/PTSD + physical conditions.

What the VA typically does when MST is already confirmed and also a LOD support for my back?

I understand nobody can predict exactly, I’m just looking for insight from people who’ve been through similar claims or understand VA rating patterns.

MEB questions

Hello

I been going through an MEB for sometime now. I am still waiting to hear back. I got injured while on orders a few years back, I have herniated disc thats cause numbness down the legs and now I feel its starting to cause hip pain (not yet seen for this). Do you think ill be retained ? What do you feel my chances are getting out and getting 30% for DoD?

Mri says mild but def doesnt feel that way.

My commander put me as retainable but under a different AFAC which I do not want to do. I been in 7 years in the reserves. When this injury occurred I was on active orders and have an LOD for it.

Do you think they will retain me? Or let me go ? What rating might I get do you think? Im burnt out. I haven't gotten any support in regards to treatments i was paying out of pocket for nearly a year then stopped since they were not going to reimburse me. PT was more painful , injections worthless was told I need to go to a surgeon

I also am doing a VA claim for my back and filing for ptsd, anxiety and depression do you think ill get a low va rating ?
