hello, to all the UPV students there who got in through manual appeals. please help me out and kindly answer the following (even advice for someone from Luzon whose mother's hometown is Iloilo, that's why they want to appeal to UPV):

1. what are the requirements that UPV has during the manual appeals season, is a letter of admission needed?

2. does my 2.5xx UPG hold any weight, should I take the risk and appeal to UPV or just to another campus? is UPV considerate in giving slots for manuals?

3. what programs have a good chance for me to get in? (as someone who doesn't have a dream program, just a dream university which is UP hahahaha)
