Mechs and Fine Human-ish Movement Question
I've been doing a bit of writing and reading in the side and have recently come up with a question I realize I don't have a solid answer to, so I turn to you all!
As we know mechs use the neurohelmet and DI to help balance a mech and intuit some movements, like leaning to the side or kneeling down.
But how do mechs handle slightly finer movement? For example, if some one wanted to point with their mechs finger at something or to push themselves up from a prone position?
Would this still be in the realm of a combination of joystick control, neurohelmet, and DI working together? Would it be just the joystick and DI? Or would movements like these require a secondary set of finer controls separate of the joysticks for more manual input?
