Should I switch from Fuji to Nikon?

Hi, I need some help deciding on whether to switch from Fuji to Nikon.
TLDR: Fuji x-t5 or Nikon Zf?
Context: I have a x-t3 that I love. The solid build, retro design, and tactile feel got me back into photography after some years away. Love the fuji colours but I'm less invested in film sims as I edit raw. I have a wide array of lenses for my x-t3 (16mm f1.4, 18mm f1.4, 23mm f2, 27mm f2.8, 33mm f1.4, 50 f2, 16-55mm) but recently I've found the low light performance and lower resolution a constraint, and the autofocus misses over time grate a little when you hear how good other brands' AF is . I also have an x100vi which I enjoy as a compact carry (and will keep) and its ability to crop with 40mp is pretty nice. I shoot daily life, street, travel, and some landscape.
Thoughts on where to next: I was initially thinking of moving to Sony full frame (a7cr) as the tech and lens selection are super impressive, but after thinking about why the x-t3 got me back into photography I don't think Sony is right for me. I need a camera I just can't help but play with and want to take with me whenever I can. I then thought about the x-t5 as it would be a cost effective upgrade. However, after playing with one in the shop, it didn't really spark joy as the build did feel cheaper and I've heard about AF complaints. So I thought maybe I should just scratch the full frame itch rather than always wondering. That's when the Nikon Zf caught my attention. I saw some videos recently with people describing the joy they get from their Zf as similar to my x-t3, and where I'd initially dismissed the Zf for having 24mp, it is full frame and should at least take care of the low light and AF concerns I have with my X-t3. With recent discounts it's more affordable and I've also realized having a lot of lenses like I do for Fuji can actually be paralizing, and two lens set up with a Zf could be a relatively cheap upgrade if I sell my Fuji gear. The lens selection for the Zf does feel a bit meh compared to Fuji though.
My main question: Would changing to the Zf give me enough of an upgrade? Or would I be better off swallowing my concerns about the x-t5 and going with that as a more cost effective solution that also wins on the resolution front (allowing for more cropping). Keen to hear any thoughts and also any alternatives that I might not have considered. Thanks for reading ❤️
