I'm on my 4th playthrough and I've never seen that encounter before. I'm in chapter 3, and I just came back to camp (after finally going back to Micah's camp near Strawberry to do that coach robbery with him). I hitched my horse and started walking to the campfire, where I hear Micah say something like "why don't you go the fuck back to Mexico?" I focus on him and see that Javier is standing right next to him, and right then Javier lands a knuckle sandwich right on Micah's stupid face, telling him to go the fuck back to Hell. It was glorious.

Then I took the opportunity to antagonize Micah, and one of the things Arthur said was "You had that coming."

It was great. Chef's kiss encounter!
