Hi! I grew up Mennonite in Ohio and was surprised to see one of these buggy warning signs on the 10. They're used in Amish country to protect innocent F150 owners from rampaging carriages. I didn't find anything online about it and wondering if anyone has info. Pretty sure it's a prank.

A few details from my investigation so far:

1. The sign and pole are metal and set in something like concrete. However, it's too small to be helpful, and I highly doubt Caltrans is responsible.
2. Coordinates are 34.024765, -118.469265, only on the westbound lanes under the Cloverfield overpass.
3. There are no Amish in Los Angeles or Santa Monica.
4. We notice that the skull graffiti on the back of the sign was applied before the sign was bolted to the post.
