First trip to Hawaii! Kauai in June & looking for Reccs

I just booked my first trip to Kauai June 25-29. I’m super excited but feeling overwhelmed at all the things I want to do and the short timeframe.

What are your absolute can’t miss items? What part of the island do you recommend staying on?

Looking for recommendations of food, beaches, moderate hiking trails and if you think a heli/boat tour is a must-do.

Looking for reccs for my first solo travel

Hey friends! I am planning to take a 4ish day trip at the end of June for my birthday. I’ve never traveled solo before and I’m feeling a little nervous about this adventure. I’ll be traveling from SFO.

Any reccs for a short (and safe) trip? My main interests are food, art and nature. And with travel and lodging my budget is around 1k.
