

Euroleague TV PROBABLY Suspended My Paid Account Mid-Playoffs & Support is Ghosting Me
I need to share my experience and warn others about the absolute disaster that is Euroleague TV support.
During the Panathinaikos - Valencia game on May 8th, my stream was interrupted every 5 minutes with an error message "There was an error accessing this video", you can check my screenshot. I had to reload constantly just to watch the live action.
Thinking it was a temporary glitch, I reached out to support. Instead of fixing the stream, I was suddenly kicked out of the website entirely. When I tried to log back in, I got the dreaded "suspendedUser" message that you can see also in the screenshot.
The facts:
1) Payment is NOT the issue: My subscription was paid in full on October 2nd, 2025, for the entire year.
2) Support Incompetence: I’ve been waiting since Friday for a solution. All I get are automated "we are looking into it" emails.
3) Email Loop-de-loop: Today (May 13th), they finally replied saying they "can't find my account" because the email I used to contact them doesn't match my login email—even though I explicitly provided my correct login email in the very first message I sent.
It is now Game 5 of the Valencia vs. Panathinaikos series, and because my account is still suspended for no reason, I’m going to miss one of the most competitive games of the season.
Has anyone else dealt with this "suspendedUser" error?
