My family is currently facing a health crisis.

I am living in Dubai in 2 bhk for 55k rent.

I need to downscale to a 1BHK in a family friendly location, with rent as close to 40k-45k as possible.

I am happy to shift to a 1bhk in Dubai, Nahda within this budget .

Also open to a good region / building in Deira and Burjuman.

Can stretch budget to 48k-50k for decent 1bhk in Bur Dubai.

Metro accessible location is a requirement.

I have checked property platforms already.

However, I also know that community people know more as I got my 2bhk in Nahda through referral rather than agent.
