Hello! Can someone please tell me if my new monstera thai is fine? I've had it for about a week. There are some brown and black spots but at the same time, I see a new leaf coming through. I have it in a spot where there's bright light in the morning+early afternoon.

I don't mind the spots, I just don't want the whole plant to die lmao.

I water when the top of the soil is dry a few centimeters.
