Leaving for 11 days and guilt is killing me
My mom has dementia. I have everything set up to travel out of the country next month… to a place that’s always been on my bucket list. I’m terrified to leave. She should be fine. I have the help I need for her, I am just so nervous that I am going to forget something for her or when I get back she’s going to be 10x worse because I wasn’t there for almost two weeks.
How has everyone else coped with something like this?
