Would you leave a fixed-term public-sector transportation analytics role for a permanent Systems Manager role in the private sector?
The public-sector role aligns well with my long-term interests in transportation, data, and analytics, but it has a hard end date. The private-sector role offer higher pay, a stronger title, and more ownership, but comes with more future risk.
How would you think about choosing between a stable career path that is not guaranteed and a growth opportunity that carries more uncertainty?
