Help!

Hello, first time posting. Im a 39yo female with PMDD but also factor 2 mutation, heterozygous (so I inherited one mutated gene and one normal gene). Im at the point where im in perimenopause, and im having a hard time with the drop in estrogen in my luteal phase, so much so that my PMDD symptoms are out of control. I am already on an SSRI lexapro and have been many years, also on welbutrin. Im fine (psychologically) except during my luteal phase. As soon as my estrogen increases, I feel normal again. My gyne suggested low dose birth control, and hematologist is ok but as long as I take elequis (blood thinner), but im on the fence if this will help me or just obviously increase my risk. I guess what im asking is there anyone who has or is dealing with this, and what are you doing that is helping? I do also take a daily Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Supplement that helps. I have never had a clot ever also. Thank you!
