As you can see I'm a Russian/German main good player, I get between 5 and 8 kills per game mainly with the Tiger H1, I'm in love with the Tiger, that's why I'm still at tier IV but I've seen some players using a variant of the H1; the Tiger E, I can't find it neither in the tech tree nor the blueprints, the question is: Do you know if the Tiger E is obtainable and if it is, how can I get it?
