is this seb derm or psoriasis?
hey. i've been struggling with this for a while and it seems like no matter what shampoo and oil combo i use nothing works. i also get it on my eyebrows and back of my ears. i've tried ketoconazole 2% once a week, dercos selenium sulfide, tsal and tgel. i've always used tsal with every other shampoo i choose before to just reset i guess. I've tried MCT oil c8 with tea tree even tried mixing salicylic acid with it as well. looking at it while it's oiled makes it seem like it's gone however if i scratch my scalp the flakes lift. I've tried using a lice comb to lift them from my scalp to no avail. it comes back with a vengeance the next day. i check every ingredient for products i add to my scalp to make sure its sezia safe. i've even tried just shampooing and not using oil or salicylic acid, got my hair retwisted (i have 4c hair locs) thought maybe the oil was triggering it. and i got one of my worst flare ups just now. take a look. what do you all think this could be? how do i combat it?
