I was so nervous because it said my package was ready for collection and would be delivered today. I read that if you see a paper inside, it usually means it’s rejected. So I opened the package and saw a paper—my heart broke. But then I read it, and it said my visa was approved! I applied for two weeks, and they gave me a month.
For context, I’m Indonesian, married to a U.S. citizen, and currently living in the U.S. I’m not sure if having my U.S. citizen husband helped with the approval, but I made sure everything in my application was done properly—no dummy tickets, everything was valid. We didn’t have a lot of money in our account, just enough, but God is good! I’m super happy and grateful 🫶✨
