Ok here me out! lol, I know people look at ketchup as a juvenile condiment, but what if it was the star of each dish…. I know it sounds stupid, but I know I’d pull up. Ketchup still rules to me.

Just base every dish around it, ketchup fresh grilled Atlantic salmon. Ketchup, cheeseburger Mac and cheese… the possibilities are endless.

A lot of people don’t grow out of their ketchup loving. End the stigma of it being “childish” make a whole restaurant based on it.
