Is it just me that has extremely painful sleep paralysis?When I’m lying on my side and I have sleep paralysis , I feel like someone is punching my stomach extremely hard (like I genuinely feel punches,it’s very weird) and when I’m lying on my back I feel like my stomach and chest is being ‘sucked’ or pulled very intensely and painfully too.Due to that I struggle to concentrate on exit techniques for astral projection and even when I try to concentrate on exit techniques and try to ignore the pain my sleep paralysis wears off. I don’t know what to do anymore, any suggestions is deeply appreciated.
