ipod 5th gen 60gb not connecting to PC?
Hi, hate to be the noob asking for help in the forum, but after being close to buying a classic ipod, i finally bit the bullet and bought one on ebay recently. However, for some reason it will not connect to either of the PCs I have? Unfortunately I no longer have a mac/macbook and my 30pin to usb does not register the ipod on itunes on my windows laptop or pc. When I plug in / take out the 30pin with the usb, the ipod lights up so I know that at least something is happening, but itunes never shows the device toggle when i plug it in. I downloaded itunes on my boyfriend's gaming pc and my laptop computer (both windows 11) and have downloaded itunes via the windows store as well as by installing itunes via apple's website, but neither have worked. Both computers task managers do not show the ipod when plugged in either. I haven't been able to add any songs to my ipod and my seller didn't respond to my message asking for help yet. :( Any advice?
