Did you get an email from Riipen Labs that read “Thank you for submitting your project deliverables. After reviewing your submission, we found that it is currently incomplete and does not meet the minimum requirements for payment. To remain eligible for compensation please upload a revised and complete submission within 10 days and notify our team once the updated materials are live. If this is not done within the 10 day window, we will be unable to process payment for your project”?
If so, here’s how I fixed this issue! I got this email on Sunday night, and for context, I was a part of one of the teams for the Riipen Labs April Cohort for Owning My. I logged 10 hours a week for total of 30 hours, my final deliverable is completely adhered to the rubric, all of my milestones were finished before their deadlines, etc. There was absolutely no reason why I should’ve had an error.
I promptly emailed Riipen, and I also created a ticket on their website by clicking the avocado icon. I included as many screenshots as possible (I got my certificate of completion a couple weeks beforehand, and an email congratulating me that my labs project was finished) and also as much information as possible (like the fact that I ended up submitting the final deliverable by myself because my team was not responding since April 3rd).
But I actually didn’t let up on them at all — since Sunday, I have been bombarding them with messages on their messaging platform every single day to fix this issue (Mind you, I’ve been very polite and respectful to them this entire time, but I wanted to stress the urgency.) You can see for yourself in these screenshots how this was resolved— in the span of 10 minutes, I received an email my invoice, a confirmation of payment, and confirmation that my submission matched what they needed. It took two days to get it fixed.
