We would like to book a Paris river cruise (sunset champagne) and are looking at options for the Vedettes du Pont Neuf. The timing options are a 7:15 happy hour or a 9:45 sunset. Is the 9:45 too late in mid-May for a good sunset > twilight > tower sparkle hour cruise or is it just right? Thanks in advance for any advice. I don't see any other time options on any other dates even further out on their calendar so I'm assuming this is typical but want to check.
