The closest they've been together
Caught the 1st pic working remotely a few weeks ago & can't stop looking at it when i commute or just need a breather & mental reset, to remember who i have waiting for me at home, relying on me & why i work as hard as i do.
Rescued & adopted this sweet beautiful girl Helga(approx 2rys old) back in September 2025 after being chosen by the CDS, my resident cat Floki(my 4yr old tumbleweed) did not like her one bit, still doesn't, they have more of a tolerable relationship, she does have a lot of energy & most of the time floki just doesn't want to play, she pushes & he gets upset & kisses but they've never fought, just paps her a lot even when she's trying to get close & lay with him, they groom each other, play fight(very little) & absolutely do cuddle, floki is just less tolerable about it, helga is incredibly sweet & a purr machine when you pet & scratch her the right way & will absolutely demand attention & playtime, her teeth are incredibly healthy for a stray so she may not have been out long but she was incredibly Anemic & bones when I got her, sharing her glow up from her first arrival to now.
made her a promise she'll never go hungry again & have warm beds to choose from every night, my baby girl Helga❤️🤗
