Hello. My head on my left side pretty much the whole of it above the ear mostly near the temple hurts after the last sparring session. But it is very weird like it only happens when I lay down or get up (not while laying down just getting on the bed or even floor really). Might also be sometimes if i like sit down very quickly. It feels like electric pain maybe nerves idk can someone give advice. And please dont just say go to the doctor
