Hi all, moron here. I managed to throw away the charcoal grate from my new aldi kamado (sorry for mentioning the name, I know everyone is fed up with the posts). Anyone know he dimensions so I can buy a new one, or have a link? Also, can I cook without it? I have a chicken brined I was about to cook.
