Hello, Im looking forward to experience the Abba Voyage show. I went to the official website, just a couple hours ago and encountered a "order captured fail" aftee filling in the credit card details and attempting to go through with it for a show in June.

Being dumb I kept clicking and trying again, each time an attempted charge on my credit card was made according to my banking app.

I finally tried using ticketmaster since the price was the same but I haven't yet received any email with the ticket information or anything.

Is it normal for it to take some time? For other concerts I usually get the confirmation right away.

P.S. I'm outside the UK.
