Possible asbestos board?

Hello,

I'm in the process of buying an 1840s school which was converted to a house in 1975 what do people think of this boarding. It's near the electric so wondering if it might have asbestos in? This is in the UK

I'm in the process of buying a 1840 property which was referbished in 1975 and wondered about the attached photos of asbestos can people let me know there thoughts.

The property is located in the UK and was originally constructed in 1840 and was later referbished in 1975. I worry about a few things, the artex celling, black adhesive on the wooden flooring, plaster, boarding on the suspended ceiling and what insulation is about it.
