eBay Dropshipping: What Strategy Would You Recommend for Starting From 0 With a New eBay Shop?

Hi everyone, I’d like to start selling on eBay through dropshipping. I already work with a supplier that has a very large catalogue, handles the logistics directly, and offers 24–48 hour delivery. They can also offer cash on delivery, although I’m not planning to use it to avoid unnecessary complications.

Because of this, I don’t generate shipping labels when an order comes in — the entire logistics and fulfilment process is handled by the supplier.

If you were in my position and had to start from zero today, what strategy would you follow?

I’m particularly interested in the real experience of people who have been doing this consistently for a while: what worked, what didn’t, and what mistakes would you avoid from the beginning.

What shipping method would you use?
Which niches/products would you focus on for eBay buyers?
And what strategy would you follow over the next 30 days to start getting your first sales?

Thanks in advance for the help!
