I friend is heavily tapping me up to take on an MD role at a boutique compliance consultancy firm. Heavily incentivised pay packet is on the cards and I could do quite well if I nail it.

My question is, can you get HENRY level income without going consultant? I haven’t see any more than a handful of roles and you need 20 years experience. A lot of firms don’t even have compliance represented at the C-Suite level.

Just wondering what you guys think.
