Zinc + L-Carnosine dosage recommendation?

The FAQ of zinc + L-Carnosine manufacturer in Japan writes "For Americans, the recommended daily intake is 37.5 mg twice daily (75 mg per day). For non-Americans, the recommended daily intake is 75 mg twice daily (150 mg per day)." Does anyone know if the recommendation is different due to FDA advisory? I'm neither Japanese nor American - what shall i do as a European?

I was recently diagnosed with mild chronic antrum gastritis. The biopsy result said it's likely caused by an infection but not helicobacter pylori. However, when the biopsy was made, i was under PPI treatment for 4 weeks already (40mg of pantoprazol daily) which does not improve my symptoms (I only experience pain in the right upper belly where i would possible locate the antrum). When i recently tried to lower the dose of Pantoprazol to 20 for 3 days, my back and upper belly were burning like hell. So for now, I'm back on 40mg. I'm wondering if i do have HP (80-90% false negatives under PPI) - i will do a blood test which should at least show if i have HP antibodies - or what other infection they could mean? I'm not aware of any but the problems started severa months ago with vulvar candida and a bladder infection and a loooot of anxiety around being sick.

Similar experiences? Should i just take the PPI for longer, relax, eat blandly and wait? It feels so wrong as symptoms don't seem to improve much.

I've checked my gallbladder, liver and so on. Doctor tells me I'm very healthy.
